WHAT WE DO IN THIS YOGA CLASS
We have a range of yoga classes and styles that appeal to everybody. If you are unsure which yoga class would be best read through the below descriptions. We are happy to chat and offer you advice or more information to help you find the right style of yoga and right yoga classes for you.

VINYASA FLOW:
Vinyasa flow Yoga is a physically demanding style of yoga. Students follow a set sequence of postures each time, gradually progressing through the series. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga emphasises the linking of movement and breath (vinyasa), Ujjayi breathing and bandhas (energy locks).
While it’s true that vinyasa can be challenging, it’s essential to understand that this practice is not exclusive to advanced yogis. In fact, the way it is traditionally taught and practiced can be a perfect fit for beginners just starting their yoga journey
YIN YANG YOGA:
Balance your body and mind in a Yin Yang Yoga class, where we blend both dynamic and restorative practises. The Yang portion of the practice focuses on movement, strength, and energy through flowing sequences that build heat and vitality. The Yin portion shifts into deep, meditative stretches that target connective tissues, promoting flexibility, relaxation, and mindfulness.
This class is designed to create harmony, helping you feel both invigorated and grounded. Perfect for all levels, Yin Yang Yoga offers the opportunity to explore both effort and ease, strength and surrender, activity and stillness—all within a single practice.
HATHA:
Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga that involves physical postures, breathing techniques, and other practices. The word “Hatha” is a Sanskrit word that literally means “force”. Hatha yoga is a slower practice that focuses on relaxation and mindfulness, and is often considered a good choice for beginners. Hatha yoga includes practices like asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), mantra (chanting or reciting), mudra (hand gestures), and visualization
