WHAT WE DO IN THIS Session -

After your initial consultation with your PT where all goals and expectations will be discussed, you can start your sessions. Sessions are 1 hour and dependant on your goal and trainer, you may be strength training and weight lifting or boxing and doing more high intensity workouts.

Each session is tailored for each individual as we all have different goals.
