WHAT WE DO IN THIS Barre CLASS

Barre derives from Ballet and it is a form of physical exercise, conducted as a group class. It is distinguished from other group fitness activities by its incorporation of movements by its use of the ballet barre.

Barre will improve your balance, build strength, make you more flexible, burn calories, and improve stability through gaining a stronger core.

Barre is suitable for all levels of fitness
