Our Dynamic Yoga takes a modern twist meaning it is a more athletic style. It’s designed to provide more of a workout and does this by each pose flowing into the next. So there are less pauses and rests between poses meaning the movements are more energetic.
The class involves body, mind and spirit and is based directly on the intelligent nature of the body. The unique simplicity and power of the class recalibrates body and mind through repetitive systematic movements based on traditional yogic postures.

Do you want a bespoke Yoga Style? power yoga incorporates the athleticism of Ashtanga, including lots of vinyasas (series of poses done in sequence) but gives our instructor the flexibility to teach any poses in any order, making every class different?
